Job summary

STN, Inc. is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our Marshfield, MO facility. You will lead data center operations, ensure reliability of critical infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement aligned with customer and business goals.

You will supervise site operations staff, manage vendors, safety programs, and capacity planning while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This role reports to Infrastructure & DCO and requires strong leadership and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in critical facilities, data center ops, or mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infra in data centers.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day data center operations, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of critical infrastructure systems.
• Lead and develop site operations personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents and operational issues.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of critical systems including electrical, UPS, generators, HVAC, BMS and other critical infrastructure.
