Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
• 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Center Technicians; set and communicate priorities.
• Oversee installation, configuration, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and related components.
• Partner with teams and vendors to meet goals and manage facility activities and strategies.
• Ensure security, safety and compliance programs are followed across operations.
