Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a hands-on Data Center Technician to help build and maintain world-class AI cloud infrastructure in our Atlanta data centers. You will rack, label, cable, and configure gear while troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues.

You’ll document layouts in DCIM, collaborate with supply chain for large deployments, and manage parts through delivery to handoff. Travel to new data centers may be required as you support a fast-growing, high-performance

Qualifications

• Familiarity with critical infrastructure systems (power, cooling, monitoring).
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain documentation.
• Willingness to travel for new data center launches.

Responsibilities

• Rack, label, cable and configure new server, storage and network gear.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on advanced systems.
• Document data center layout and topology in DCIM software.
• Coordinate with supply chain & manufacturing for large deployments.
• Manage a parts depot and track equipment through delivery to handoff.
