Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to drive Data Center and Network Capacity planning in North America. You will assess demand and resources to determine prime solutions and work with stakeholders to deliver critical networking capacity.

Qualifications

Knowledge of project management tools.
Experience collecting data from log files, data stores, SQL and APIs.
Experience in troubleshooting networking stacks and Linux systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor network health and customer demand; anticipate risks and resolve issues.
Define requirements and processes with networking engineers and PMs.
Manage dependencies and negotiate trade-offs across projects.
Provide regular program progress reporting to stakeholders.
Own end-to-end execution and success of programs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements.
Keep the customer experience as a primary focus.
