Job summary

Upchurch is a leading data-center focused building engineering company delivering mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and facility services. This role maintains critical cooling and mechanical systems in high-availability environments, with PM, CM, and emergency response aligned to 2-8 hour SLAs.

Responsibilities include documenting readings, following MOP/SOP and safety protocols, and rotating on-call duties. Level I-III paths support growth into leadership roles with Upchurch University training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal or applicable type).
• Ability to read P&IDs, mechanical schedules, OEM documentation, MOPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and CM on data center mechanical systems to support uptime.
• Respond to alarms, degraded performance, and emergency service calls per SLA.
• Document readings, inspections, and system conditions accurately.
• Follow safety protocols (LOTO, PPE) and change-management processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Complete required Upchurch University training for DC|MC.
