You’ll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.

Typical base compensation for the MEP Superintendent role is between $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
