Job summary
ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects, including the data hall fit-out and commissioning stages. You will ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving project delivery.
The role requires travel to sites, a technical background in mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and leadership excellence.
Qualifications
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA certification and safety protocol familiarity.

ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects up to and including the data hall fit-out and final stages of commissioning/energization of equipment. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.
- Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects
- Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards

Typical base compensation for the MEP Superintendent role is between $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
