Job summary

Jobot is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems on complex commercial and industrial builds in the St. Louis area.

You will work with project teams, trade partners, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from preconstruction through commissioning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive PM experience, strong MEP knowledge, and proven ability to manage schedules, costs, and quality across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, scheduling, and cost management.
Proficiency with project management software and job cost forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems across complex projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, owners, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
Assist in preconstruction activities including budgeting, procurement planning, and scheduling.
Monitor installation progress, QA/QC, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Support commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness of MEP systems.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and trade partners; communicate status clearly.
