Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing MEP scopes.

• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of MEP scopes on data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Lead coordination between MEP subcontractors, engineers, and field teams.
