Job summary

ARCO/Murray seeks an experienced PM/MEP Manager to lead planning, procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning of critical MEP systems for data center and advanced manufacturing projects.

You will manage the MEP model, review submittals, resolve RFIs, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to close punch items. A BS in engineering and 5-7+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of estimating, procurement, and/or coordination experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Advanced knowledge of installation of MEP systems, BIM Modeling, and commissioning for data center projects.
• Familiarity with Procore, CxAlloy, and BIM 360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management.
• Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for assigned projects.
• Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent.
• Process Vendor startup and commissioning.
• Assist with organizing MEP client training.
• Train and provide guidance to MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details.
• Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
• Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out.
