Job summary

You will oversee field teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure safety and quality through all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MEP commissioning, strong knowledge of ASHRAE/NEC/NFPA, BIM proficiency, and solid project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in MEP installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Familiarity with codes and standards; BIM usage and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, installation, and documentation of MEP assets across all project phases.
• Supervise field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring a safety-first culture and high quality.
• Manage project schedules, coordinate meetings, and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, interpret plans, and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NEC, and NFPA.
