Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI.

You will support day-to-day field operations across trades, coordinating MEP, structural, architectural, and site work while helping manage work plans and schedules. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of field experience in commercial or mission-critical construction, with a focus on safety and coordination in live environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety practices, and field operations.
• Experience working in live environments or active campuses preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in high-density, schedule-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day field operations for data center construction projects across all trades and scopes.
• Assist with coordination of MEP, structural, architectural, and site work activities.
• Help manage daily work plans, short-interval schedules, and trade sequencing.
• Support site logistics planning, access control, laydown, and material flow management.
• Assist with enforcement of safety programs, site rules, and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in QA/QC inspections, deficiency tracking, and field documentation.
• Support commissioning readiness, system turnover, and closeout activities.
