Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Master's Degree and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Industrial or commercial HVAC experience required.
  • Familiarity with mechanical cooling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify stakeholders and prioritize objectives.
  • Monitor progress and risks, proposing mitigation plans.
  • Measure and publish program metrics for decision-making.
  • Organize ambiguous projects into clear long-term objectives.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Data Center Mechanical Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will drive cross-functional technical programs that support critical data center mechanical systems and long-range operational objectives. The position will bring structure to ambiguous initiatives, align stakeholders around priorities and delivery timelines, and help ensure programs move forward with clear visibility into risks, metrics, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with project teams to support change management, maintain momentum, and strengthen execution across complex mechanical workstreams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $195,000 annually
