Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, piping fabrication, and mechanical assembly practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fabricators, pipefitters, welders, and mechanical installers.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Train and mentor crew members to maintain high performance.
• Oversee fabrication of piping, ductwork, and support systems per drawings.
• Supervise field installation of HVAC and other mechanical systems in data centers or industrial projects.
• Review blueprints, isometrics and fabrication details for accurate execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to align schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation of fabrication progress, testing, and installation activities.
• Inspect completed work for adherence to standards and codes.
