The candidate will blend engineering understanding with program management to drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners, delivering dashboards and KPIs to measure performance and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing quality programs and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking skills.
• Vendor and third-party service provider management experience.
• Data center or mission-critical infrastructure manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end quality program workflows for mechanical components.
• Lead and document process improvement initiatives within the quality program.
• Manage third-party inspection services and assess provider performance.
• Develop and maintain quality dashboards and performance reports.
• Facilitate quality forums and supplier business reviews.
