Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Mechanical QA/QC Technician to ensure quality control of all mechanical and piping systems during data center construction. The role supports the development and administration of quality policies and coordinates with trade partners, the MEP Manager, and the Cx Project Manager across all phases of the build.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in data centers or large commmercial projects with a background in HVAC, controls, or mechanical field

Qualifications

• Experience in mission critical or large scale commercial projects.
• Background in HVAC, Controls, Operations, or Mechanical Field Services.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Industry trade certifications or licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all mechanical QA/QC activities across data center construction projects.
• Oversee quality control processes for mechanical systems including: HVAC systems (CRAH/CRAC units), Chilled water systems, Cooling towers, Pumps and piping systems.
• Create daily and weekly QA/QC reports that support client turnover and acceptance.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation aligns with drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
• Review shop drawings and mechanical submittals for conformance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and refuse unsafe work.
