FluidStack is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for on-site data center commissioning and ongoing thermal management. You will deploy and commission cooling and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth handover to operations and reliable performance under AI compute loads.

You will diagnose performance issues, collaborate with contractors on active sites, and support predictive maintenance to sustain operational reliability across live deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical commissioning on data centers.
• Ability to diagnose performance issues and coordinate with contractors on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and commission cooling and mechanical systems at data center sites, ensuring reliable handover to operations.
• Support operational reliability by responding to thermal events and equipment failures, while monitoring thermal performance under live AI compute loads.
