Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Commissioning Technician to support startup, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities.

You will work with project teams to ensure HVAC, controls, and infrastructure are installed, tested, and fully operational before turnover. The role requires 2+ years in MEP systems, experience with BMS and EPMS, and proficiency with commissioning tools such as ACC, Procore, and CxAlloy.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with MEP systems in mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and HVAC infrastructure.
• Background in electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS) and UPS support.
• Familiarity with construction/commissioning software ACC, Procore, CxAlloy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all mechanical commissioning activities across data center projects.
• Oversee commissioning of HVAC systems, chilled water, cooling towers, pumps and piping.
• Create daily/weekly commissioning reports to support client turnover and acceptance.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with specs and drawings.
