GDH is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator for our data center operations in California. The role oversees deliveries, inventory, shipments, and materials, requiring meticulous organization and hands-on collaboration with operations teams.

You will handle receiving, shipping, cycle counts, RTS, discrepancy investigations, and on-site storage management to keep daily DC activities running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 hourly.

Qualificações

• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Availability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required.
• Comfortable working on-site in a data center environment.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive deliveries in the data center, ensuring materials are properly secured and stored upon arrival.
• Expedite shipments and verify materials through warehouses.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for accuracy and accessibility.
• Create physical project pallets as needed for operations.
• Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials for transfer to other sites and warehouses.
• Support and escalate urgent data center operations material requests.
• Perform inventory accuracy activities, including weekly device scans and cycle counts.
• Conduct onsite and warehouse discrepancy investigations to address inventory issues.
• Manage RTS processes, including RTS rack transactions and post-project material RTS.
• Support inventory management processes, including discrepancy resolution and material movement documentation.
