Job summary

Oracle in Santa Teresa, NM seeks a Director of Data Center Planning & Scheduling to lead the client planning and scheduling function across multiple data centers. You will manage a team of planners, establish integrated master schedules, assess delivery performance, and advise client leadership on risk and schedule integrity.

The role requires 50% travel and close collaboration with design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover teams to ensure on-time campus delivery and clear

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Substantial planning and scheduling experience on major construction programs.
• Experience delivering data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Advanced CPM knowledge; proficient in Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners and schedulers across multiple buildings, infrastructure packages, and delivery phases.
• Develop and maintain the client's integrated campus master schedule including design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Evaluate contractor baseline schedules, updates, and recovery plans for completeness and alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate schedule input into change control and maintain traceable records of assumptions and impacts.
• Provide concise reporting on progress, forecast dates, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.
