Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior Planning and Scheduler – Data Center Infrastructure to own the integrated master schedule (IMS) for large OCI data center programs—from initiation through handover.

You will align internal teams and partners, drive critical path clarity, and proactively manage schedule risk to enable on-time, on-budget delivery. Role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project controls/scheduling/program scheduling, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience owning schedules for mission-critical or large capital programs
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge: critical path, float, baselines, variance/trend analysis
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong Excel for analysis/reporting
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence outcomes
• Excellent communication skills translating schedule insights into updates

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain end-to-end IMS across multiple data center projects/programs
• Establish and govern standard scheduling methodology (WBS, calendar, baselines)
• Drive critical path visibility and recovery planning
• Produce schedule performance reporting (milestones, look-aheads, variance analyses)
• Lead schedule risk identification and mitigation with what-if analysis
• Coordinate schedule interfaces across functions and vendor partners
• Facilitate schedule governance forums with clear actions and owners
• Build and maintain detailed schedules including milestones and handovers
• Baseline schedules and manage change impacts with transparent documentation
• Develop rolling wave plans and 2–6 week look-aheads
• Ensure schedule logic quality and data hygiene
