Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership experience in staffing, development, coaching and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex information and manage expectations.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities for operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, mentor and develop staff and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks, and ensure work orders/PMs/repairs meet SLAs.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate with senior management on critical issues.
  • Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring standards compliance.
  • Maintain pristine data hall conditions and documentation to meet industry standards.
  • Prepare and present method statements and risk assessments.
  • Identify and resolve complex operational issues and drive process improvements.
  • Uphold CBRE's RISE values: Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence.

What You'll Do (Your Impact):
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.
  • Infrastructure Assurance: Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.
  • Quality & Standards: Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Risk & Methodologies: Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.

What You’ll Need (Your Expertise):
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
