Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems in Wilmer, Texas. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and assist with system installations as part of a collaborative engineering team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of job-related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and basic MS Office skills. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver output under supervision.
