Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions seeks a dependable General Laborer to support the installation of Division 28 low-voltage systems in data centers. You will help technicians with material handling, equipment staging, and cable pathway setup, while maintaining a safe and organized site.

Responsibilities include assisting with cabling, mounting equipment, and packaging verification, with attention to safety standards and project schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Willingness to learn Division 28 security and life safety installation practices.
• Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Division 28 technicians with installation of electronic security and life safety systems.
• Transport, stage, and organize materials, equipment, and tools on site.
• Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, lifts, barricades, and other equipment.
• Assist with pulling, dressing, labeling, and securing low-voltage cabling under supervision.
• Install cable supports, J-hooks, sleeves, and pathway components.
• Unpack, inventory, and organize equipment deliveries; verify against packing lists.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas; dispose of packaging materials.
• Support mounting of racks, cabinets, backboards, and hardware.
• Assist with installation of access control, CCTV, intrusion devices.
