Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a General Laborer to support the installation of Division 28 low-voltage systems in mission-critical data centers. You will assist technicians with material handling, staging, cabling prep, and site housekeeping to keep projects on schedule.

This role requires a safety mindset, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn Division 28 practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation of Division 28 electronic security and life safety systems.
Transport, stage, organize materials, equipment, and tools.
Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, lifts, barricades, and other equipment.
Assist with pulling, dressing, labeling, and securing low-voltage cabling.
Install cable supports, J-hooks, sleeves, pathways, and maintain work areas.
Unpack, inventory, and organize equipment deliveries; verify against packing lists.
Support mounting equipment racks, cabinets, backboards, and hardware.
Follow safety policies and wear PPE; participate in safety meetings.
Work in data center environments and follow project schedules.
