Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Shipping Specialist to support data center operations, moving high-value materials and equipment essential for construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations. You will ensure inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on work, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with procurement, facilities, and carriers to maintain on-time delivery and product integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of shipping, logistics, warehousing, or materials management experience.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound material through ERP/WMS systems and coordinate with procurement, construction, facilities, and operations teams.
• Package, label, and manifest parcel, LTL, and large freight shipments to protect product integrity.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for pick-up and delivery; prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documents.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or issues.
• Lead problem-solving for transportation issues and maintain system integrity for all shipments.
