Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-11:00pm) to support inventory, shipping, and server rack setup in the data center. You will manage inventory records, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and uphold safety and cleanliness across storage and receiving docks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, require attention to detail and basic math, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management software; proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Assist in setup and installation of server racks and cable management as directed.
