Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate to support inventory management, shipping/receiving, and assembly tasks in our data center operations. You will work on inbound and outbound processes, maintain accurate records, and help keep racks and facilities organized and safe.

The role requires basic math, Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to lift heavy items. A high school diploma and 1 year in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift and move heavy material safely.
• Basic math calculations and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record incoming items; maintain records; perform stock counts.
• Shipping and Receiving: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments; prepare labels and packaging; verify deliveries.
• Facility Maintenance: keep work areas clean and organized; dispose of packaging materials.
• Compliance and Safety: follow safety protocols and access controls.
• Support and Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams; assist with special projects.
• Assembly: assist in setup and installation of server racks and cable management.
