GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on inventory control, shipping/receiving, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support data center operations.

The position requires a HS diploma and at least 1 year in logistics, with proficiency in Excel and basic inventory software. A physical role with lifting tasks and a schedule from Friday through Monday is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records and reconcile discrepancies through regular stock counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with packaging disposal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill logistics needs.
• Assist in setting up server racks and cable management under supervision.
