Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory control, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, and basic office tools (Excel, Word).
• Able to perform basic math calculations (with or without a calculator).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedural documents.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and use material handling equipment.
• Flexibility for overtime and varied schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory including racks, trays, networking equipment, and hardware.
• Keep inventory records current and document received/shipped items.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and packaging for outgoing deliveries.
• Unload, unpack, and inspect shipments for completeness and accuracy.
• Move inventory using pallet jacks and other safety equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage and receiving areas.
• Assist with installation/setup of server racks and cable management under supervision.
