Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Team Lead in the United States to manage end-to-end logistics operations across client sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely execution of inbound, outbound, deployment, and inventory movements.

The role leads supervisors and specialists, partners with client stakeholders and vendors, and drives continuous improvement, SOP development, and performance reporting. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years in logistics, warehouse ops, supply chain, or data center ops preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, staffing, escalations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for data center sites, campuses, or service areas.
• Oversee inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory control, rack deployment, and internal transport.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage logistics staff.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly priorities aligned with client requirements and KPIs.
• Ensure safe movement of parts and materials within client data centers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shipment timeliness, and audit readiness.
