Job summary

Milestone Logistics Specialists is seeking a logistics specialist to support warehouse and client Data Center operations. You will move, store, and track inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and standard devices, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You must work well in a team, stay adaptable to changing priorities, and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers. Some travel may be required up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
• Ability to work with instruction as part of a larger team.
• Initiative to complete tasks assigned independent of the team.
• Agility to manage changing workload priorities as directed.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Inventory control skills, managing priorities and workflow.
• Computer, iPad, and iPhone literate.

Responsibilities

• Move, store and transport inventory safely using forklifts, pallet jacks or box trucks.
• Maintain strict inventory control and perform accurate system transactions.
• Ensure timely shipments and receipts and update records.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies on all tasks.
• Collaborate with team to handle changing workload priorities.
• Uphold Milestone Core Values in daily actions.
