Job summary

Candidates should have at least 1 year in logistics or inventory management, familiarity with inventory

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems/software and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory and hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for items received and shipped.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments.
• Upload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and docks.
• Assist with setup/installation of server racks per instructions.
• Support senior technicians with cable management and organization.
