Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Associate for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) in Omaha, NE. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in our data center operations.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate records, timely deliveries, and compliant safety procedures while supporting setup of server racks and basic installation tasks as directed by senior technicians.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
• Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts/pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory and equipment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Assist with setup and installation of server racks as directed by senior technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety procedures.
