Qualifications

• Experience owning logistics, inventory, or asset management in data center or high-volume hardware environments.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and real-time inventory tracking.
• Ability to prioritize and move materials quickly in high-pressure settings.
• Experience managing vendors, RMAs, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Comfortable using data to develop metrics and drive process improvements.
• Highly organized and able to take end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own receiving, shipping, asset tracking, and vendor coordination for the site.
• Track assets from receipt to decommissioning with tagging and system updates.
• Verify shipments, inspect materials, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain 99% inventory accuracy via cycle counts and audits.
• Fulfill parts requests for technicians and engineers; manage storage.
• Identify shortages to avoid delays in construction or deployments.
• Manage RMAs, warranty claims, replacements, and security escorts.
• Track and report inventory metrics (accuracy, turns, obsolescence).
• Build and improve logistics and asset-management processes as the site scales.
