Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Liquid Cooling Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of data-center liquid cooling systems. The role involves preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CDUs, pumps, RDHx, immersion systems, and related rack-level infrastructure, with documentation in the CMMS and collaboration with the Liquid Cooling Lead and Reliability teams.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience with mechanical, hydronic, cooling, or related infrastructure systems.
- Experience with liquid cooling, piping, or critical facility systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of flow, pressure, temperature, and heat transfer fundamentals.
- Ability to follow SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs in a critical environment.
- CMMS experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, inspection, and documentation skills.
- Ability to support 24/7 operations, shift schedules, and emergency response as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and contamination control practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on liquid cooling equipment (CDUs, pumps, valves, piping, RDHx, immersion systems, rack components).
- Inspect systems for flow, differential pressure, temperatures, and operating balance.
- Support cooling loop draining, flushing, and refilling with air/contamination control.
- Assist with startup, shutdown, sequencing, and stabilization activities.
- Identify leaks, flow issues, and thermal performance problems per site procedures.
- Record maintenance work and observations in CMMS with accurate asset data.
- Monitor alarms and perform initial diagnostics and response actions.
- Support commissioning and recommissioning by verifying flow and temperature performance.
