Qualifications

• Active journeyman electrician license in Nebraska or a reciprocating state with the ability to reciprocate to Nebraska.
• Experience performing wire pulling on commercial or industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience building and installing cable tray systems.
• Proficiency with large overhead conduit installation, including measuring, cutting, bending, and securing.
• Ability to perform neat wire terminations in panels, junction boxes, and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
• Capable of working safely at heights on ladders or lifts.
• Physical ability to lift materials and work extended shifts on a construction site.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and secure electrical wiring following project specs and codes.
• Perform wire pulling, including feeding conductors through conduit.
• Build and install cable tray systems to organize power and control cables.
• Install and work with overhead conduit systems, including measuring and bending.
• Complete wire terminations in panels and boxes with proper labeling.
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts to ensure correct installations.
• Use hand and power tools, and test equipment to verify proper operation.
• Follow site safety rules including lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with other electricians and trades to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper material storage.
