Aerotek is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a contract-to-hire role in Omaha, NE. Join a large-scale data center project with long-term overtime, competitive pay, and daily per diem. Travelers with Iowa reciprocal licenses encouraged to apply.

Typical pay is $64/hour with $175/day per diem and 10- to 12-hour shifts, 6–7 days/week, onsite. NEC compliance and safety are paramount on this project.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License.
• Commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Strong conduit, termination, and power distribution skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects required.
• Data center experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit.
• Pull wire and perform electrical terminations.
• Install switchgear, panels, lighting, and cable systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Work with low- and medium-voltage systems.
• Ensure NEC compliance, safety, and project specs.
• Collaborate with project teams and other trades on-site.
