Job summary

Nebius is seeking an IT Datacenter Technician to maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure in our data center, including hands-on work with the H200 GPU cloud cluster. You will troubleshoot hardware, ensure uptime, and support critical systems end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of server and network hardware.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware, switches, and fiber cabling.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-driven work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to server and network hardware within the data center.
• Perform installation, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT hardware in accordance with operational requirements.
• Manage and maintain fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
• Handle RMAs in compliance with company procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Maintain and update documentation, manuals, and procedures related to hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
