Outsource is hiring Data Center Technicians in the Dayton area. The role focuses on low voltage cabling in data centers, including pulling CAT5/6 and fiber, terminating and labeling, and installing racks and patch panels. 3+ months of experience preferred with BICSI/EIA/TIA/NEC knowledge.

Competitive $22/hr+ DOE with weekly pay and benefits. Qualified candidates will perform duties in a data center environment, read schematics, and use basic telecom tools.

Competenze

• Recent experience installing low voltage cable in data center or new construction.
• Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA, or NEC Standards.
• Experience with conduit, digital multimeters, and testing cable is a plus.
• Fiber experience including anaerobic terminations, SC/LC connectors, and splicing is a plus.
• Ability to read schematic/line diagrams.
• Own basic telecom tools (punch downs, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, PPE).

Mansioni

• Pull and route CAT5/6 or fiber cabling in data center or new construction.
• Dress, label, and terminate low voltage wires.
• Install support structures (ladder racks, racks, switches, servers, j-hooks, cable trays).
• Terminate voice/data jacks and distribute frames (66/110 blocks, patch panels).
• Rack and stack server racks and patch panels.
