Job summary

Ultipro seeks a skilled telecommunications installer responsible for pulling cables, innerduct, fire stopping, dressing and labeling cables, and maintaining clean fiber installations. The job emphasizes safety, compliance with industry standards, and accurate record-keeping of work performed.

Responsibilities include testing connections, reading blueprints, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience working with telecommunications systems

Responsibilities

• Pull cables, innerduct, fire stopping, dress cables, label cables, clean fiber, etc.
• Ensure proper functionality and compliance with industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as testing connections and checking equipment performance
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Carry and load materials on jobsite and maintain inventory
• Keep vehicles and equipment in clean condition
• Read and understand blueprints and diagrams
• Safety training as required by position
• Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
