Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center environments with deployments, expansions, and maintenance.
• Hands-on with structured cabling (copper, single-mode, multimode fiber).
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VLANs, SAN, firewalls, servers, storage, wireless and network equipment.
• Rack installation, hardware deployment, testing, and verification.
• Familiarity with data center standards: TIA-568, TIA-942, EIA/TIA, IEEE, NEC, ISO.
• Knowledge of power, cooling, security, and facility infrastructure.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting using SNMP, CDP, ICMP.
• Familiarity with OS, software installs, upgrades, APIs, and system integrations.
• Understanding of security hardening practices and documentation.

• Experience with rack installation, hardware deployment, testing, and verification.
• Understanding of data center standards, including TIA-568, TIA-942, EIA/TIA, IEEE, NEC, and ISO standards.
• Knowledge of power, cooling, physical security, and facility infrastructure.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting using protocols such as SNMP, CDP, and ICMP.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software installations, upgrades, APIs, and system integrations.
• Understanding of security hardening practices and configuration standards.
• Ability to create technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure records.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
