Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to lead operation, optimization, and automation of our data center facilities. You will guide projects from planning through execution, evaluate IT and DevOps technologies, and drive efficiency and reliability in a high‑performance environment.

Responsibilities include supervising critical systems, supporting startup and commissioning of equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to meet a PUE below 1.1 while

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years operating and maintaining mission‑critical facilities (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support data center construction and upgrade projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, and commissioning of critical systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, electrical).
• Drive energy optimization, cooling system improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Track project progress, risks, and ensure safety compliance and environmental regulations.
