Job summary

Align, a premier global provider of technology infrastructure solutions, is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data center cabling deployments across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, and report on project delivery, working with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

This full-time role offers full benefits, PTO, training, and performance-based bonuses; relocation and ~50% travel may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in data centers or IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and locations.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and client expectations.
• Strong organizational and customer-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and project management/scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports, and closeout docs.
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor, costs, and change orders.
• Lead client and internal project meetings with clear status updates.
• Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to meet project requirements.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
