Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Virginia is seeking Infra Delivery Install Technicians to move, install, and troubleshoot large enterprise equipment across AWS data centers.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient cabling, rack installation, and 24/7 operations. The role requires 1+ years networking and Linux experience, the ability to travel to data centers, and willingness to work in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 18+ months of data center or equivalent technical experience.
• Ability to travel to active data center sites as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Move and install large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch panels.
• Ensure safety and security during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break-fix activities.
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment.
• Travel within and outside the regional work area as required.
