Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Infra Delivery Install Technician to support data centers across Georgia. You will install large enterprise equipment, run fiber and copper cabling, and ensure safety and procedural compliance.

The role requires travel to regional sites and the ability to operate in a 24/7 environment. As part of AWS Infrastructure Services, you will collaborate with engineers and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center, critical environment, hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or related ops roles
• 2+ years in network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, OTDR
• 1+ years of computer networking experience, or experience with copper and optical fiber cabling, switches and routers

Responsibilities

• Move and install large enterprise equipment
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patching between equipment
• Ensure safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and break‑fix activities
• Safely use material handling tools and equipment
• Travel within the regional work area and have reliable transportation and valid driver's license; company does not provide transport
