Prime Data Centers in Lockhart, Texas, seeks an Implementations Manager to coordinate installation of IT equipment and infrastructure across data centers. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and vendor engagements to deliver on-time, on-spec deployments.

This role requires 3-5 years in data center design/construction, PMP or equivalent, strong vendor management, and proficient MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, ideally a PMP or similar certification.
• 3-5 years of experience in the data center industry in design, construction and/or fit out.
• Intermediate knowledge of rack, cage, electrical distribution, and data cable infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Productivity tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Visio & Project).
• Ability to track costs using purchase orders and other tracking methods.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate installation of IT equipment, racks, electrical distribution, and data cabling.
• Review and validate customer design and SOW documents for completeness.
• Create and manage RFPs for SOWs, evaluate responses, and choose preferred contractors.
• Manage customer installations to meet deadlines across facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for quality execution and best pricing.
• Maintain procurement procedures including tendering, POs, and cost tracking templates.
