Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC experience on commercial/industrial systems
• Troubleshooting on chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, rooftops
• Mechanical systems knowledge: alignment and vibration diagnostics
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and commit to safety culture
• EPA refrigerant license; United Association of Journeymen & Apprenticeships member

Responsibilities

• Operate on advanced commercial HVAC systems from troubleshooting to installations
• Diagnose issues, explain solutions to customers, ensure efficient, reliable operation
• Collaborate with a strong team, mentor apprentices, grow technical expertise
