Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is recruiting a Service Project Coordinator to support its Data Center / Mission Critical division. This role leads field service and commissioning teams through large-scale HVAC projects, ensuring on-schedule delivery within scope and budget.

The candidate will coordinate multiple service initiatives, oversee scheduling, and collaborate with owners, contractors and engineers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or supervising technical/field service teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, plans and technical manuals.
• Strong project management, communication and customer-facing skills.
• A technical Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; hands-on industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coordinate teams of field service and commissioning technicians.
• Manage technician scheduling and resource allocation across multiple projects and customer sites.
• Support commissioning, warranty, troubleshooting and service of HVAC and mission-critical cooling equipment.
• Coordinate diagnosis and resolution of controls and electrical issues (controllers, relays, sensors, actuators).
• Review work orders, blueprints, schematics, project schedules and technical documentation.
• Manage project scope, schedules and budgets while minimizing disruption to customers.
• Work with building owners, general/mechanical contractors and engineers.
• Partner with engineering/manufacturing teams to resolve complex field issues.
• Act as technical point of contact for customers and field teams.
• Provide feedback to leadership on customer satisfaction and equipment performance.
