Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field walks, safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure OSHA standards and client requirements are followed on site.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and enforce corrective actions as needed.
• Lead or support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site safety communications.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, inspection records, and corrective action logs.
• Partner with project leadership to identify risks before they impact schedule, quality, or safety.
• Reinforce proactive safety culture across crews and trades.
