Qualifications

• Strong construction safety management experience.
• Experience on large-scale, data center or mission-critical projects.
• HVAC/MEP construction safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety operations for HVAC installation and related construction activities.
• Conduct safety walks, audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Ensure OSHA and client safety requirements on site.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and enforce actions.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site communications.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain safety documentation and logs, and report findings.
• Partner with leadership to identify risks and protect schedule and quality.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across crews.
